Formerly General Manager Operations of Ingenia Communities Group, Corrie has led the frontline operational business and has proven leadership and operational experience working across a diversified lifestyle, seniors living and tourism portfolio and establishing long-term business growth and stability.

Corrie prides himself on being a dedicated, approachable, consistent and solutions-focused leader. He inspires and develops high-performance teams by ‘walking the talk’, empowering others and demonstrating a sustained commitment to the business while infusing elements of fun.

Nikki Milne

Nikki is recognised as one of the most transformative forces across the seniors living and tourism sectors. Nikki is the CEO of Tasman Holiday Parks and formerly Chief Operating Officer of Ingenia Communities Group (INA), where she had the primary responsibility of leading the operating business of 750 staff and accelerating the evolution of a portfolio of 75 seniors living and tourism assets to establish long-term growth and stability.

Combining her excellent leadership abilities with a strong financial and analytics focus, Nikki navigates critical thinking and problem solving through a consumer-centric lens to enhance organisational performance and maximise revenue.

Nikki is passionate about creating sustainable business frameworks to inspire people to lead, grow and maximise an organisation’s performance, with recent specific experience across:
